Guidelines for Lecture Submission
● Please click the "Lecture Submission" button below for your submission.
● Please upload your lecture materials after entering your personal information.
● If you do not receive an email confirmation of submission, please contact ASP 2024 Secretariat.
● To edit your lecture materials, click "Modification" on the "Lecture Materials" and enter your name and email.
● Lecture materials must be in English.
● Only Microsoft Word(.docx, .doc) or PDF formats are accepted
● Please submit your CV and photo with your lecture materials.
● If you have problems uploading the lecture material, you can submit it by email (asp2024@gaonpco.com).
Guidelines for Presentation Slides
● Please Download and use the PowerPoint template from Download Center.
● There is no limit for the number of slides but keep the presentation time allotted.
● Microsoft PowerPoint(.ppt, .pptx) or PDF formats are accepted. (16:9, Landscape)
● Presentation Slides can also be modified at the preview desk on the presentation day.
● If you plan on using your own laptop or Macbook during the presentations, Please alert us via E-mail (asp2024@gaonpco.com).
